 Tivoli Square is a mixed use development featuring the arts, retail, offices and housing. The center point of this project is a renovated theater from the 1920’s. Tivoli Square is located on 14th St., NW in the Columbia Heights neighborhood neighborhood of Washington, DC and has acted as a cornerstone of the area’s renewal.
